An existing customer of many years recently decided to upgrade their old Panasonic telephone system. We provided the options to them and they decided to upgrade to a Panasonic NCP500 system with digital telephones and an integrated DECT wireless phone with full system access. This established transport and storage company have 2 separate buildings so a wireless solution as well as a wired solution was required. We installed a DECT cell station and repeater to gain coverage between the 2 buildings. In addition the customer required an additional telephone line that we were able to organise on their behalf as we already provide and bill them for their voice and data line services, this kept the whole upgrade streamlined and well managed.

Working with a large and well known construction company who recently secured a project in Walton-on-Thames we last week completed the IT cabling installation of their site cabins. The requirement was to install 62 voice and data points within the large open planned cabins which will form their site offices for the duration of the project. We are currently awaiting BT to install the ISDN2 telephone lines, once provided we will install and commission a Panasonic phone system, in the interim site staff are using wireless data services and mobiles for voice communication.

We also installed link cables to allow 2 separate buildings to be connected via the same LAN.
