The Client
Adsyst Automation was due to relocate their head office to Yateley Lodge which is an elegant building situated in the village of Yateley.
The Brief
To supply and install a telephone system that would not only be user friendly but also have the capability of remote site networking. Additional requisites were DDI (private numbers) and Voicemail.
The Solution
Business Communications installed a Panasonic KX-TDA100, VoIP enabled, digital telephone system and Voice Processor. A range of the latest Panasonic digital key telephones were provided including a backlit 6-line LCD telephone with console for the Reception. Business Communications made the arrangements for the installation of the ISDN30e circuit and the allocation of DDI numbers. The ISDN30e circuit was provided with a ‘Total Care’ package ensuring that any possible line problems would be automatically prioritised.
