The Client

Hirecare Ltd is an expanding company who needed to increase their existing office space to accommodate additional personnel.

The Brief

The premises were being completely refurbished and as they were located in a character building it was important that all cabling should be concealed where possible. They had outgrown their existing analogue telephone system which could not provide the features they now required.

The Solution

Business Communications recommended that the Cat 5e telephone/data cabling should be installed in Dado trunking. This not only ensured a clean line effect but also provided the customer with easy desktop access to all telephone and computer points. A Panasonic KXTDA30 digital telephone system complete with the latest digital telephones was supplied and installed by Business Communications. The existing analogue lines were replaced by ISDN2 circuits and an allocation of DDI (direct dial in) numbers ensured that inbound calls were dealt with by the relevant person or department. Hirecare Ltd make constant use of the conference call facility and this combined with the latest Plantronics wireless headsets has increased their call handling efficiency.
