The Client

Lane Monnington Welton a firm of accountants were moving to new premises in the village of Old Basing near Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The Brief

To provide a reliable digital telephone system complete with DDI’s (private numbers) and Voicemail. The system functionality had to be user friendly and maintenance support was to be provided.

The Solution

Business Communications installed and programmed a Panasonic KXTDA30 digital telephone system which included Voicemail. Several digital handsfree telephones with an LCD completed the installation.

Business Communications had made all the arrangements on behalf of their customer for the provision of the ISDN2e circuits and the allocation of DDI numbers.
