This is the Big Brother of the NCP500. It offers all the same features but provides further expansion options. It is a very strong and feature rich system for any SME business. The system is so flexible it will support VoIP, digital and analogue extensions as well as phone lines. It's a rack mounted system so requires space in the comms cabinet to integrate with your network.

As well as supporting standard PSTN trunks the system supports VoIP technology for homeworker solutions, branch office connections and multi-site networking.

When looking at the spec sheet please note there is a trade-off with the maximum numbers quoted, i.e. you cannot have the maximum number of lines and extensions. Panasonic's quoted maximum extensions also refer to the DXDP (digital extra devise port) which allows you to connect an additional phone to an existing phone via a connection cable, similar to daisy chaining. This can be very useful when existing cabling is limited.
