This is a fantastic pre-configured digital telephone system for any small business. Although it is supplied preconfigured to support digital telephone and ISDN2 telephone lines there are IP extension options, although I would predominantly recommend this system for digital phone use.

It is supplied with a basic voicemail system so you can setup individual voicemail boxes if you wish. You can also use the voicemail as an out of hours answering facility.

There are multiple handset options you can choose from and you can have a mix and match of phone models to suit your needs; perhaps an executive phone for the company owner or office manager and a less superior phone in the kitchen area.

The system is supplied with ‘Communications Assistant Basic’ which is Panasonic’s branded software for integration with your PC so that users can link features of the phone via the PC and monitor the use of the phone system via the PC. This software integrates with Microsoft Outlook.

All in all a great small system for any small company with up to 12 users
