The Panasonic systems are supplied with, or at least have an option for basic voice mail cards that will support simplified voicemail per extension user and will provide a voicemail box for out of hours answering services. However these basic options are limited and will have a minimal amount of recording time.

Panasonic’s TVM50 and TVM200 voice processing solutions (VPS) takes voice processing to another level. Not only can you set multiple voice mail boxes up per user and for out of hours answering services you can also record calls at the push of a button, and also setup auto attendant features to direct callers to the correct department. Multiple outgoing messages can be pre-recorded for announcement at specific times. Messages can also be forwarded to you by email as an email attachment so you can listen to them on a PC, which is ideal if you are away from your office.
